Ruth Williams

Ruth Williams holds a Master’s degree in Professional Clinical Counseling from Cairn University and is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She has extensive experience providing individual, group, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in both community mental health and private practice settings. Ruth is dedicated to working collaboratively with clients and their families, offering compassionate support to those navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and self harming behaviors. She is especially passionate about supporting autistic/ neurodivergent individuals, tailoring her approach to respect and build upon each client’s unique strengths, needs, and lived experiences. Using a goal oriented framework and incorporating Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Ruth helps clients develop effective coping strategies, foster self compassion, and create meaningful, lasting change.
