At Avela Health, we accept insurance for our virtual autism evaluations, evidence-based therapy, and support programs, and we are constantly expanding our coverage. We offer transparent pricing options if we don’t accept your plan.

New Jersey
Avela Health is in network with the following plans for autism evaluations:
- Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey
- AmeriHealth New Jersey
We’re in-network with most other Blue Cross Blue Shield commercial plans for New Jersey residents. We’re unable to accept Medicaid at this time.
North Carolina
Avela Health is in network with the following plans for autism evaluations:
- Blue Cross North Carolina
- Anthem Blue Cross
We’re in-network with most other Blue Cross Blue Shield commercial plans for North Carolina residents. We’re unable to accept Medicaid at this time.
Pennsylvania
Avela Health is in network with the following plans for autism evaluations:
- Independence Blue Cross
- AmeriHealth
We’re in-network with some other Blue Cross Blue Shield commercial plans for Pennsylvania residents. We’re unable to accept Medicaid at this time.
Private pay options & additional state coverage
For those with insurance that Avela Health is not currently in-network with, we offer transparent private pay options, and we’re able to provide a superbill for reimbursement by some health plans.
One time fee: $2,000
Avela Health is able to provide private pay autism evaluations in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, New York.
