We offer access to specialty providers—such as occupational, physical, and speech-language therapists, as well as experts in the education system—whenever you or your child need them.
They can join your sessions with your Avela Health provider, meet with you one-on-one, or collaborate directly with your care team to provide added support.

Avela Health is in-network with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Independence Blue Cross in Pennsylvania, and BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina. We also accept many other Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. Where is Avela Health located?
We’re built around your family’s life, which means care happens wherever your child or teen is most themselves — at home, in your daily routines, with the people they trust. Sessions are delivered by video, so there’s no commute and no waiting room. We primarily serve families across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina, but are available in select other states as well.
What ages do you accept?
We offer comprehensive evaluations for children, teens, and adults. Our therapeutic clinical programs are offered from early childhood through young adulthood — ages 18 months to 25. Because what your child needs at 3 is different from what they need at 15, we’ve built four dedicated programs: Avela Early Childhood, Avela FIT™ Kids, Avela FIT™ Teens, and Avela FIT™ Young Adults. Each one is designed for who your child is right now, not stretched to fit from a program built for someone else.
